UX/UI Designer (Product Designer)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams including Product, Development and Sales departments
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Identify and troubleshoot user pain points and UX problems
• Improve the product experience
• Create and update design system and UI style guide
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs are properly implemented

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI Design
• Ability to define problems & goals, map user flows
• Product focused mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Good time-management skills
• Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Solid foundation in UX and UI design principles
• Knowledge of design systems
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction
• Knowledge of standard design tools like Figma or Sketch
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with complex SaaS and B2B products will be considered as a plus
• The ability to conduct usability tests and user interviews is a plus
