An exciting Serbian based web company Savior Marketing is expanding and opening an office in Novi Sad! We are looking for a creative UX/UI Web Designer who can take our clients’ ideas and develop vibrant and easy-to-use pages that meet their needs. Our ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in their work and wants to make sure our customers are satisfied with their finished product.

UX/UI Web Designer Duties and Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to assess their wants and expectations for the project
- Strategize and plan a compelling and effective design concept
- Design attractive web pages that are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing
- Track and evaluate site performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Complete projects on time and within budget
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

UX/UI Web Designer Requirements and Qualifications:

- 2+ years of relevant design experience
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- A substantial portfolio of successful web designs
- Proficient in Figma and other visual design programs (Such as photoshop, illustrator, and adobe suite)
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player and passionate about design
- Proficient in the English language
