Warranty Clerk and Spare Parts Sales Advisor for Porsche

Aim of the function: 

• Responsible for a proactive customer acquisition and highest satisfaction
• Quick and smooth warranty and goodwill claim processing 
• Responsible for safeguarding replaced or damaged parts during the warranty process up to the point of scrapping and documentation
• Responsible for Warranty Audit preparation and warehouse stocktaking 
• Responsible for safeguarding the financial interests of the manufacturer and Porsche Center Belgrade

Your main tasks: 

• Responsibility to act in accordance with the “Warranty Manual” for Porsche and to provide the best possible customer experience
• Manage, evaluate, and document warranty & goodwill claims
• Plan, sell and promote services, spare parts, Porsche Design Selection and equipment products
• Identify customers with open/expiring recall/workshop action & warranties 
• Reporting internally and to the Importer

You bring with you:

Professionally: 

• Automotive mechatronics High School Degree or Mechanic/Traffic Management High School Degree
• Basic knowledge of automotive technical engineering 
• Preferably more than one year of experience in automotive industry 
• Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and written communication) – required for further development and participation in Porsche Academy trainings
• PC proficiency (MS Windows, MS Office)
