Welding Engineer

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the welding process development and assessment
• Responsible for machining technology including bending and milling verification, the caculation and update of parameter
• Responsible for the localization and assessment of welding technology to ensure the correctness and rationality
• Responsible for welding technology problem solving, technology improvement, effeciency promotion and cost reduction
• Responsible for the welding automation and robot application projects, including the path programming
• Responsible for the solving and verification of field problems, the training and improvement of talent skills
• Responsible for the filing of technology documents

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• College degree and above
• Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as working language.
• Proficient in mechanical drawing and welding process, mechanical automation and robot programming;
• Familiar with the welding lines and equipment operation and maintenance
• Skillful in UG10.0, MasterCAM, CAD and other software;
• Skillful in QC seven gimmick analysis problem solving and process control ability, familiar with IE improvement technique and 8D
• Familiar with IATF16949 related requirements
