Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user identities and access across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, operating systems, databases, and network resources
• Review user onboarding, transfers, role changes, and terminations to ensure alignment with relevant policies and established service level agreements
• Maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models and access request workflows
• Investigate identity and access-related issues and service requests
• Support periodic user access certifications, entitlement reviews, and termination reviews
• Monitor compliance with access management policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing evidence, documentation, and remediation support
• Identify and remediate segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts and excessive access privileges
• Maintain documentation related to IAM processes, controls, and procedures
• Participate in implementation and maintenance of privileged access management (PAM) solutions
• Support initiatives to strengthen authentication and authorization controls across the enterprise
• Develop reports and metrics related to access management, compliance, and operational performance

Position Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered
• 3-5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security, IT Operations, or a related role
• Experience supporting identity audit, compliance, and access review activities in a SOX environment
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles and best practices
• Experience with one or more IAM platforms: SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud
• Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
