Account Management - New Sales Call Setter

Connex Partners is a US-based concierge consultancy and executive network serving mid-to-large enterprise employers in HR and US healthcare. We've been doing this since 2006 and we're growing fast in 2026.

The Role:

Two things, done well: re-engage warm existing clients and open doors with new ones. You'll be calling and emailing senior US executives — CFOs, CHROs, VP-level leaders — to set discovery calls and rekindle relationships. No field work. No travel. Just sharp, intelligent outreach from wherever you work best.

What You’ll Do;

• Conduct outbound calls and personalized outreach to US C-suite and VP-level executives
• Re-engage existing and lapsed clients and convert conversations into booked meetings
• Build and manage your pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot
• Collaborate with US-based team members to sharpen messaging and sequences

What We’re Looking For Individuals who have:

• Fluent English — spoken and written, with a clear, neutral accent suited to senior US business conversations. This is non-negotiable.
• Sharp in the moment — you read people quickly, pivot naturally, and never sound scripted
• Hungry for a career in sales, not just a job. You want to earn more, advance fast, and build something
• Highly coachable — you take feedback, implement it immediately, and improve
• Motivated by money and merit — we reward results, not tenure
• Salesforce and/or HubSpot experience is a genuine advantage
• 1+ year of B2B outreach or sales experience preferred, but your instincts and drive matter more

Compensation & Career Advancement:

• $8–$12 USD/hour based on experience
