Account Manager

Job Description

• Provide end-to-end management of assigned projects.
• Manage the team’s work and activities which include project management, assignment, prioritization, resource allocation and upholding the quality of service.
• Managing client relationship, keeping a close relationship.
• Managing communication with business internal and external stakeholders.
• Timely provide regular (monthly and quarterly) and any additional report on request to the client and team manager, with the support from team members and external associates.
• Highlight potential project risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
• Evaluating project scope and managing project delivery.
• Be aware of financial procedures and be involved in budget tracking.
• Using tools for project tracking, reporting and documentation.
• Defining and developing new internal and external procedures in order to increase the efficiency of the team.
• Assisting management in the hiring process.
• Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business.
• Work closely with other agency teams and colleagues when needed.
• Support Digital team with new propositions, innovations and pitches regarding assigned project.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in digital marketing
• Experience in IT or digital projects within marketing agency would be considered as advantage
• University degree is an advantage but not must
• Strong cooperation and communication skills
• Self-initiative and desire to learn
• Strong fluency in English is a must
• Strong MS office skills
• Experience in using Project Management tools - Jira or/and Asana would be considered as advantage
