We are looking for an Account Manager who will play a key role in enhancing the company’s competitiveness and profitability through the development of domestic and international wholesale business. The focus is on expanding and commercializing a portfolio that includes ICT services, cybersecurity, infrastructure services, telehousing, IP transit, data transmission capacities, as well as other non‑voice telecommunications products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of the sales strategy for the assigned customer portfolio, as well as for the development of new business opportunities
- Active identification and development of new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets
- Sale of the company’s telecommunications services to other operators, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), system integrators, and large enterprise customers
- Preparation of business cases, techno‑commercial solutions, and offers for new and existing customers
- Day‑to‑day management of sales activities and leading negotiations with customers
- Responsibility for budgets, profitability, and financial performance of the assigned customer portfolio
- Collection of relevant inputs, coordination, internal and external support, and reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Cross‑functional cooperation aimed at improving processes, procedures, and overall business efficiency
- Development of new revenue streams through efficient use of existing infrastructure and strengthening the company’s market position
- Ensuring feasibility and delivery of wholesale services (non‑voice services, including Telehousing, as well as the transport segment of voice traffic) and issuing service orders (SOF)
- Planning and implementation of various types of connections for Telehousing services
Main Requirements:
- College or University degree (technical or commercial field)
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Team player with a strong business mindset and results‑driven focus
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Understanding and knowledge of telecommunications and ICT services
