Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, located in Belgrade, with flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage assigned projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and oversee team activities, including project planning, task assignment, prioritization, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and partnership management.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Prepare and deliver regular monthly and quarterly reports, as well as ad hoc reports when required, in collaboration with team members and external partners.
  • Identify potential project risks, challenges, or operational issues and proactively implement effective solutions.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring successful and timely project execution.
  • Support budget management and monitor project financials in line with company procedures.
  • Utilize project management and reporting tools to ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and process transparency.
  • Develop and improve internal and external procedures to enhance team efficiency and workflow optimization.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting management in building and growing the team.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment that encourages both team and business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional agency teams to ensure integrated project delivery and successful campaign execution.
  • Support the Digital team with innovative ideas, strategic proposals, and pitch development for assigned projects and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or similar roles within a marketing/digital agency
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing, digital campaigns, and project delivery processes
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and project management tool
