Find Staff - is a staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in aligning US based businesses with highly qualified remote team members from across the globe. We currently have a luxury transportation client looking to fill a remote Account Representative.

Reports To: Reservations & Sales Manager
Location: In-Person at BAC HQ
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Schedules are TBD but will be staggered within the hours of 7AM-6PM, Monday-Friday, Alaska time.
Position Overview
The Account Representative is a front-line revenue and relationship driver for BAC, responsible for converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities into accurate, high-quality reservations and long-term client relationships.
This role operates at the intersection of sales performance, operational accuracy, and service excellence. Account Representatives work both independently and collaboratively—owning individual performance metrics while contributing to shared team goals, standards, and outcomes.
As part of BAC’s Operation Alignment Initiative, Account Representatives are expected to follow defined sales workflows, uphold documentation and handoff standards, and ensure every booking sets Operations up for success. This is a role for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, client-focused, and motivated by both personal accountability and team achievement.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Client Engagement
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, Zendesk, digital channels, and other duties as assigned.
- Provide accurate quotes and recommendations aligned with BAC’s services, pricing standards, and client needs.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed reservations with complete and accurate details.
- Build trust with clients through clear communication, professionalism, and follow-through.
- Represent BAC’s brand, values, and service standards in every interaction.
Individual & Team Performance
- Own individual sales goals, activity metrics, and quality standards.
- Contribute to shared team goals, including conversion rates, revenue targets, and accuracy metrics.
- Collaborate with teammates to balance workloads, share best practices, and support peak demand periods.
- Participate in team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with Reservations & Sales Manager.
- Maintain a mindset of “win as a team, perform as an individual.”
Reservation Accuracy & Documentation
Ensure all reservations are entered correctly and completely, including:
- Client and passenger details
- Pickup/drop-off locations and times
- Vehicle requirements and special instructions
- Billing, payment method, and notes
- Follow standardized workflows and SOPs for booking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
- Prevent downstream operational issues by verifying details before confirming bookings.
Operation Alignment Execution
- Execute all Sales-related phases of Operation Alignment as defined by leadership.
- Adhere to standardized sales workflows, handoff procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure clean, timely handoffs to Dispatch and Operations.
- Identify gaps, recurring issues, or friction points and escalate them through proper channels.
- Support continuous improvement by providing feedback from real client interactions.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with Dispatch to ensure reservations are operationally feasible and clearly communicated.
- Coordinate with Operations and Leadership on special requests, high-touch clients, and edge cases.
- Respect department boundaries while maintaining shared accountability for client experience.
- Ensure Sales functions as a reliable, accurate upstream partner—not a source of operational rework.
Systems, Tools & Professional Discipline
- Use Lead Quote Close within Limo Anywhere, and use communication tools accurately and consistently.
- Maintain clean notes, call logs, and documentation.
- Follow call standards, scripts, and quality guidelines where applicable.
- Adapt to new tools, processes, and reporting requirements as Operation Alignment evolves.
Success Metrics
Account Representative performance will be measured by:
- Individual sales conversion and revenue performance
- Team sales performance and shared targets
- Reservation accuracy and completeness rates
- Reduction in preventable sales-related operational issues
- Quality of handoffs to Dispatch / Operations
- Client satisfaction and professionalism indicators
- Consistency in following any new Operation Alignment workflows and standards

- Previous experience in sales, reservations, customer service, or account management preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask accurately.
- Comfort with technology, CRM systems, Chat GPT/Gemini and structured workflows.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and accountability mindset.
