JOB DESCRIPTION :

Our finance team located on our production site needs support from an Accountant assistant. As Accountant assistant your job purpose is provide effective and efficient administrative & secretarial support, document and correspondence management through defined policies, procedures and rules.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinates external visits, greets visitors and clients, and answers or directs questions as appropriate.
• Registers and checks the invoices received  much them with PO and reception note and transfers complete documents on to accounting.
• Ensures effective and efficient correspondence by answering telephones, taking messages, providing necessary information and forwarding calls as needed.
• Collects data, generates necessary information and develops presentations, documents and reports for Finance.
• Complies with quality and OH&S systems requirements. Adheres to corporate values, codes of conduct and confidentiality agreement.
• Replace invoicing in absence

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1 year on similar positions

Language & Software Skills:

• Conversational level of English language
• Excellent MS Office
