We are looking for new team members who will shape the future of our new Corporate Finance Shared Service Center (CFSSC) in Novi Sad. As the CFSSC is being established, there is a greater opportunity to contribute to process improvement, operation optimization, and implementation of market best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Process and record customer and vendor invoices and payments in the accounting system
• Review invoices and financial documents for accuracy and completeness
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and support resolving discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and assist with collection activities
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Support the processing and posting of business trip and corporate credit card expenses
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial processes

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting preferred
• Previous experience in accounting preferred
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office suite
• Strong mathematical and numerical aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
