To further support our growth and strengthen our regional network, we are currently looking for an Accountant to join our team and contribute to the continued development of our business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process documentation for import and export transactions, including the creation of customs clearance orders.
• Record and post import transactions, including the maintenance of master data (tariff codes, countries of origin) and inventory updates.
• Record goods receipts from domestic suppliers and verify supporting documentation.
• Cooperate with warehouse operations regarding inventory records, preparation of supporting logistics documentation (packing lists, goods receipt and dispatch orders), and stock reconciliations.
• Manage documentation and processes within the SEF system.
• Review, prepare, and post employee travel and expense reports.
• Prepare payment orders in e-banking systems.
• Reconcile balances with suppliers and customers and analyze open items.
• Prepare and analyze reports on outstanding customer receivables.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts with sub-ledgers (customers, suppliers, inventory, and fixed assets).
• Review the accuracy of accounting entries and ensure compliance of business documentation with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Cooperate with external stakeholders, including accounting providers, auditors, consultants, and other partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or secondary education in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, including knowledge of import/export processes.
• English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.
• Experience with Navision and SAP systems is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in an international company is preferred.
