Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and/or audit/corporate finance
• Solid knowledge of Serbian accounting standards and IFRS
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with accounting software

Nice to have:

• Experience in a financial institution (bank, brokerage, leasing, insurance)
• Experience working with external auditors and/or consolidation reporting
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting, ePorezi, and SEF
• International professional qualification (ACCA, CFA, or equivalent)
