Workforce has partnered with a multinational company, to support their Accounting team in finding candidates for temporary engagement on a position of:

Accountant

Belgrade

The role:

  • Bookkeeping activities, registration of incoming invoices, preparation of payment orders
  • Calculation of taxes and contribution, reporting of paid taxes and contributions to all relevant authorities
  • Follow-up of donation agreements, payment and registration
  • Preparation of bank and cash books on monthly basis
  • Monthly expenses revision, reporting to HQ
  • Business travel advance and regularization in timely manner
  • Manages the accounting details and activities
  • Preparation of various documents for employees, which are in the scope of finances and administration (employment certificates, pay slips, bank related documents, etc)
  • Communication with banks and vendors

Requirements:

  • University or college degree
  • 2 years of experience at Accounting position
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in leasing is a plus

  • Team oriented and cooperative person
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in fast-paced environment
