We are looking for:

ACCOUNTANT

The role:

• She/he plays an active role by posting and delivering information and documents in Finance and Accounting department.

The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Following and controlling the incoming and outgoing invoices and processing its in different business files
• Booking the fixed assets, banks statements, patty cash, travel costs, foreign services, business cards, insurance and other incoming invoices
• Reconciliation to some dedicates accounts
• Prepare the payment list, control the payments
• Creditors and debtors clearance
• Preparing the files for VAT, taxes and other deductions
• Invoicing the monthly lease installments and other miscellaneous invoices/rebills to active customers
• Permanent supervision on dedicated controls in defined deadlines
• Other necessary activities in accounting upon the employer business line
• Reporting to Finance and Accounting manager

The successful candidate should have:

• Good knowledge of both English and Serbian (written and oral)
• Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of MS Office and other tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet)
• Have good planning and organizational skills, ability to work with tight deadlines
• Service minded - proactive - flexible
• Be a team player and able to work autonomously
• Have good relationship
• Be enthusiastic and positive
• A background in international business environment will be positively valuated
