We are looking for: Accounting Assistant

Job Description:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry and invoicing
• Handle client billing and issue invoices
• Maintain and update financial records in company systems
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts and payments
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Assist in preparing financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and follow up on payments
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of English (required)
• Degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field is preferred
• Experience in accounting for U.S.-based trucking companies is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Good adaptability and teamwork skills
