Accounting / Billing Specialist

Right now we are looking for a Accounting / Billing Specialist!

Your Profile:

• You are ready to work the second shift (3pm 11 pm),
• You have excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written,
• You are ready to learn and improve your skills and knowledge,
• You are organized, communicative and detail-oriented
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office,
• You are able to think logical and analytical,
• Ability to multitask
• Experience in the US transportation industry is a big plus, but not necessary, we provide training to all new members.
• Basic math, bookkeeping and accounting skills

What would be your responsibilities:

• Processing payment for the drivers, clients, carriers
• Billing, collecting documentation and carrier invoices
• Providing status updates per request
• Providing solutions to any relative problems of clients, drivers and carriers
• Making note of any payments made or missed
