Job Description

• Recording, posting, and calculation of incoming and internal documentation
• Completing thorough documentation of all issues regarding drivers’ payroll
• Update accounts receivable
• Independent processing and handling of accounts payable
• Handle brokerage billing and ensure accurate and timely invoicing to brokers and clients
• Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting guidelines
• Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement
• Reporting to Finance Manager
