IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and deadlines for monthly financial reporting;
• Ensuring a high level of precision in accounting data;
• Retrieving and verifying inventory data from the electronic inventory system (SEF);
• Entering inventory information into the ERP system and preparing it for posting;
• Coordinating the posting of inventory transactions and ensuring alignment with financial records;
• Communicating effectively with external accounting company as well as with suppliers, when necessary;
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial activities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Your Background: High school diploma in Economics; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
• Your Personality: Analytical thinking and devoted to details, team-player with collaborative approach to team work
• Language Skills: Intermediate knowledge of written and spoken English language
• Tech Savvy: Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
