At our Global Business Services Hub, we create the Shared Services landscape of the future. As a Partner of Choice, we support companies in all sectors worldwide in digitalizing and optimizing business processes in various areas including Finance. We are now looking for Accounting Specalist Purchase-to-Pay to join our team in Serbia
What part will you play?
- Processing of incoming invoices
- Performing other activities connected with the process - checking data correctness, creating reports, closing activities
- Regular communication with suppliers or internal customers
- Support our customer in process optimization
What you need to make real what matters:
- High school or University degree preferably in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- 1 - 3 years of experience in accounts payable/purchase-to-pay processes, ideally within Shared Services
- User knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English plus knowledge of Bulgarian or Slovenian (is advantage)
- Strong customer-focus with good communication skills and pro-active behavior
- Reliable and responsible personality with great attention to details
- Ability to work in a virtual team
- Desire to learn and develop in the field of automation and digitalization
