Accounts Payable Accountant

Key responsibilities:

• Processing and posting accounting documents (purchase invoices, accounts receivable invoices, bank statements, etc.)
• Classify and book revenues, costs, expenses, and other transactions into appropriate accounts
• Checking expenditure, revenue and other records to ensure that all numbers are accurate and all payments are classified and recorded;
• Perform account reconciliation with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal ledgers on a regular basis
• Ensure that all bookings comply with company accounting policies and local statutory requirements
• Maintain organized documentation and filing of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary booking details
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above 
• Previous work experience in the field of finance
• Proficiency in English
• Skilled in Excel, PPT and other office software; SAP is preferrable.
