We are currently looking for an experienced and competent Accounts Payable Specialist.
Your profile:
- Degree in finance and / or accounting or relevant experience
- 2 to 3 years experience in accounting
- Fluency in English, strong knowledge of German
- Strong analytical skills
- Good / Advanced Excel skills
- Showing good problem identification and resolution abilities
- Very good communication skills
- Team player with ability to work independently and with remote team members
Your responsibilities:
- Review, verify and input all invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Accurately code invoices by legal entity, GL code and VAT
- Review AP aging and clear open items with in a timely manner
- Review credit card statements accurately and post documentation
- Proactively investigate invoice / credit card expense reimbursements queries or discrepancies
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and deliver on your projects
