We are looking for: Accounts Receivable Officer 

Job Description:

• Prepare, generate, and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner;
• Review billing information and ensure invoice accuracy;
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective clients via telephone and email;
• Provide accurate information regarding company services, pricing, policies, and procedures;
• Enter and maintain relevant information in the company's database;
• Answer questions related to company processes, procedures, policies, and operating systems;
• Gather and maintain information related to the collection of outstanding invoices;
• Monitor invoice due dates and payment statuses;
• Update records of loads requiring weekly payments and loads with bi-weekly requirements to ensure all conditions have been met;
• Prioritize tasks and collection activities to ensure timely completion;

Qualifications:

• Advanced English language proficiency (required);
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;
• Previous experience in accounting, collections, accounts receivable, billing, or the U.S. trucking industry is considered an advantage;
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
