Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job title: Accounts Receivable Specialist - FTC - 9 months

Office location: Spanskih boraca, Belgrade - Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

About the role and the Team: 

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's receivables, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in SAP and timely payment allocation. This role includes reconciling accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status.

What will you be doing?

• Prepare and send invoices to customers.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Clerk or Bookkeeping
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient user of MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work to deadline
• SAP experience - Desirable
