Join Our Team as an Administration Manager in Belgrade! 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Manager (maternity leave cover) to streamline administrative operations and ensure effective support to business functions, contributing to overall business performance.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage registrations, closures, permits, and maintain local authorization records for stores and offices.
  • Coordinate inspections by local authorities and provide guidance to stores on compliance (e.g., GDPR, data protection, advertising regulations).
  • Lead permits and approvals for company signage and branding, liaising with external partners, architects, and authorities.
  • Oversee company assets and car fleet, including allocation, maintenance, insurance, registration and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external brokers on insurance matters.
  • Support onboarding by ensuring employees have access to tools, equipment and fully prepared workstations.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, donations, and related budgets and contracts, aligning with internal teams.
  • Lead sustainability reporting efforts, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance.
  • Manage and develop the administration team, including task delegation and performance reviews.
  • Oversee office administration, including reception, invoices, archiving, business travel, and HQ events.
  • Handle translation and legalization of official documents.

Required profile:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. 
  • Strong strategic mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving situations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both local language and English. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance. 
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and reporting. 
  • Leadership and team management skills.
