Administration Officer & Ai Research Assistant

We're looking for an organized, proactive person to join our team — someone who will keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, support our production planning, and help us explore and implement AI tools that make our business work better.

Mold Solutions is a growing manufacturing company based in Kragujevac, Serbia, specializing in the development and production of plastic injection-molded components and plastic injection molds. As we continue to grow, we are constantly looking for new ways to improve our processes through digitalization, automation, and AI, making this role an important part of our ongoing development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Administration & Operations:

• Processing and managing incoming/outgoing documentation
• Preparing documentation and handling customs clearance procedures
• Communicating with suppliers and customers
• Organizing and archiving business documentation
• Planning and monitoring raw material/supplies inventory, ensuring timely procurement and optimal stock levels
• Assisting in the preparation of the production plan — collecting data, coordinating between departments, and tracking plan execution

AI Research & Implementation:

• Researching and evaluating AI tools and models (LLMs, automation tools, AI agents) relevant to our business processes
• Implementing AI solutions into daily operations — from invoicing and documentation to production planning and reporting
• Testing tools hands-on, measuring results, and documenting what works
• Creating internal guidelines and training materials so the whole team can use AI tools effectively
• Monitoring AI trends and proactively proposing new ways to improve efficiency

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• An organized, responsible, and self-driven person with strong attention to detail
• Experience in administration (invoicing, customs/VAT knowledge is a plus)
• Solid command of English
• Curiosity and genuine interest in AI — you don't need a technical background, but you should enjoy exploring new tools and figuring out how things work
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
