Administrative Assistant in Sales
Salary: 800 Euros
Full-Time Employment
We are looking for an English-speaking candidate willing to relocate to Malta to assist in our HR recruitment duties and other general office jobs. The trial period will be done remotely (work from home). Candidates who fulfill all requirements and achieve outstanding results will be offered a full-time position in our agency and will be expected to move to Malta.
Work includes dealing with Job Vacancies, handling telephone calls, and inputting data in our system. No previous experience in similar posts is required, however, experience in sales will be advantageous. We are mainly looking for persons with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and that is self-motivated.
As remuneration, we are offering a monthly fixed wage (800 Euros) together with a generous commission based on results. The company will also cover all traveling costs and provide free accommodation. Working hours are flexible but are mainly between 9 am to 5 pm.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate
- Attention to detail.
- Prior administrative and/or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.)
- Knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage but not a requirement
- Driving license
