We are looking for: Administrative Assistant

Work from the office in Kragujevac is required.

Job Description:

• Efficiently responds to inquiries from prospective clients via phone or email.
• Provides clients with accurate information regarding the types of services offered, service pricing, company policies, and related matters.
• Enters relevant information into the company’s database.
• Responds to questions related to processes, procedures, company policies, and operational systems.
• Reviews submitted reports and verifies that all required documentation has been provided; prints and sends documentation to the intermediary along with a receipt/acknowledgment of delivery document.
• Resolves issues and problems as they arise.
• Identifies incorrectly applied payments and notifies the accounts receivable/collections department.
• Updates intermediary (broker/agent) accounts.
