We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Belgrade.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls in English.
- Registering applications, requests, and correspondence in the company's internal database.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Scanning, printing, filing, and maintaining documents.
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring efficient office administration.
- Ordering office supplies, household items, and corporate gifts.
- Assisting operational teams with administrative tasks and document preparation.
- Coordinating payments of government fees and supporting banking procedures.
- Visiting government authorities and accompanying clients during immigration-related procedures.
- Providing administrative support across various departments as needed.
Requirements
- University degree or final-year university student.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
