We primarily provide services for Chinese individuals and Chinese companies seeking to establish and develop their business in Serbia, including company registration, bank account opening, D visa applications, temporary residence permits, and related consulting services.

Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant administrative work experience;
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Able to communicate effectively in English for daily work;
Responsible, reliable, and execution-oriented;
Strong communication and coordination skills;
Proficient in using computers and online office systems.

Job Responsibilities
Organize, archive, and manage client documentation;
Assist in preparing application materials for company registration, bank account opening, D visa applications, and temporary residence permits;
Complete, upload, and submit application documents through relevant websites and online systems;
Prepare client documents based on the company's existing templates, including invitation letters, explanatory letters, and other business-related materials;
Follow up on the progress of client cases and maintain accurate records;
Communicate and coordinate with Serbian banks, business partners, and relevant organizations;
Complete other administrative and business support tasks as assigned.
