Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and basic documentation tasks
- Accompany clients to banks or government offices when necessary
- Assist in communication with local partners and institutions
- Support the team with client-related tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, responsible and proactive
- Able to communicate in English (Chinese is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, stable, and service-minded
- Experience in administration or customer service is preferred
