We are a Canadian company looking for Client Support Providers who will be responsible for communicating with clients through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). Thus, the ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/French), but we encourage all interested parties to apply.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Impeccable English and/or French communication skills
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills
• Advanced computer literacy
• Organized, methodical and responsible
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet tight deadlines
• Willing to learn and dedicated to continuous self-improvement
• Minimum high school diploma
• Experience not needed, but will be an asset
