About the Role
We are an international company with offices across several countries, looking for an Administrative Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Belgrade office and keep our employee documentation in perfect order.
- Act as the on-site point of contact
- Keep the office organized and efficient
- Ensure all personnel records are accurate and up to date
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal data, status, leave) in the HR system
- Ensure all employee files are complete, accurate, and up to date
- Manage onboarding of new employees:
- Prepare documentation
- Collect required documents
- Set up employee records
- Ensure all paperwork is properly signed
- Handle office administration:
- Suppliers
- Facilities
- Daily operational needs
- Coordinate with:
- External accountant
- Managers in other offices
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks when needed
- Act as the local point of contact for the office
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — required for daily communication with international colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience in:
- Office administration
- HR administration
- Or similar roles
- Comfortable working with digital systems for record-keeping
- Reliable and discreet (handling confidential employee data)
- Ability to work independently on-site
- Immediate availability
What We Offer
- Gross salary: €1,000–€1,500 (depending on experience)
