We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Specialist to join our team on a B2B contract basis. This is a key support role designed for a confident professional who can operate independently, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support across teams
- Maintain and manage data using Excel (advanced proficiency required)
- Coordinate internal communication and liaise with team members at various levels
- Support supplier communication (in collaboration with internal stakeholders)
- Assist with basic administrative aspects related to accounts
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (this is not an entry-level position)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Very good command of English (required)
- Professional confidence and the ability to maintain boundaries within a dynamic team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Adaptable, flexible, and proactive in approach
Additional Assets:
- Knowledge of one or more of the following languages: Spanish, Polish, or French
