The role:
Sealit is looking for an Affiliate Marketer who is creative, self-driven, passionate and ambitious! We are looking for someone with experience in affiliate marketing for B2B SaaS Products. We are looking for a self-starter that is good at making decisions on the go, is helpful, supportive and a team player.
We are excited to work with someone who is highly motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment and is happy to work with a remote team.
Your Mission: Plan & execute the affiliate strategy to acquire partnerships, driving affiliate outreach efforts, managing relationships & setting up our affiliate program.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing strategy team to manage and scale affiliate marketing channels
- Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies, optimising every part of the partnership conversion funnel
- Outreach & manage different affiliate types (influencers, websites, smaller publishers, partnerships)
- Develop a solid framework to analyse data and iterate campaign metrics utilizing affiliate platforms
- Partner with internal teams to understand product stories, creative strategy, operational processes – to optimise conversion rates and CACs
- Developing sales offers specific to individual partners with good negotiating skills
- Monitor & report on key performance KPIs & data from all affiliate channels to stakeholders
Your Key Skills:
- 2+ years of experience at a high growth B2B Tech Start-up driving user growth
- Strong analytical and quantitative expertise in digital marketing platforms, site analytics etc.
- Has experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot
- Entrepreneurial attitude and a self-starter
- Proven track record of increasing affilaite acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding growth goals
- Tech savvy and comfortable in Microsoft Office 360 environment
- Understanding of Google SEO
- 'Hands-on' marketer (must be able to execute on your own strategy)
- Preferably, knowledge of international affiliate networks
- Excellent English – verbal and written
- You’re passionate about Affiliate Marketing and can draw on first-hand experiences
