We are currently seeking an experienced and independent Affiliate Partnership Director to join our team in support of our US-based partner company, Second Screen Digital. Second Screen Digital is a full-funnel, data-driven marketing agency providing a wide range of services – from paid search and social to content production, UGC, SEO, and website design.
As an Affiliate Partnership Director, you will own and scale the agency’s affiliate marketing program. Your focus will be building and growing the affiliate channel by securing high-quality partnerships, negotiating profitable agreements, and ensuring our affiliate ecosystem operates efficiently and ethically.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the agency’s affiliate growth strategy
- Relaunch and expand the existing affiliate program
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliate partners
- Leverage your industry relationships to source new partnership opportunities
- Identify and negotiate favorable commercial terms, commission structures, and payout increases based on lead quality and performance
- Manage partner contracts and ongoing commercial relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners
- Monitor partner performance, lead quality, profitability, and revenue growth
- Ensure affiliate tracking, attribution, reporting, and partner payments operate accurately
- Collaborate with internal media buyers, creative strategists, designers, video editors, and operations teams to ensure partners have everything they need to succeed
- Work closely with leadership to identify new verticals, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing or affiliate partnership management experience
- A proven track record of growing affiliate revenue
- Existing relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, advertisers, and performance marketing partners
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Experience managing affiliate contracts and commercial agreements
- Deep understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, reporting, and payout management
- Experience using affiliate platforms such as Everflow (or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate profitability, traffic quality, and partner performance
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in one or more of the following verticals: Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Debt, Personal Loans, Mortgage, Refinance, Tax Relief, Home Services (Solar, Roofing, HVAC)
- Experience in Legal, Healthcare, or Education offers – plus
