Position: After-Hours Assistant

Your Responsibilities:

• Tracking vehicles and cargo in transportation and cargo management;
• Regularly responding to emails and phone calls;
• Providing precise updates to the next shift on all events related to clients and/or drivers, tours - before, during transport, and after unloading of cargo;
• Reviewing driver logs and monitoring driver working hours;
• Tracking time zones in the territory of cargo transportation;
• Entering data on broker platforms and regularly informing brokers about the progress of transportation via email and/or phone;
• Issuing confirmation to clients and brokers upon cargo arrival and verifying the correctness of documents;
• Timely alerting brokers and/or drivers to any potential flaws or issues in cargo transport;
• Fulfilling specific client/broker requirements related to cargo transportation;
• Obtaining and processing signed bill of lading after loading and unloading of cargo;
• Maintaining regular communication with carriers, brokers, and drivers;
• Regularly monitoring load boards and, as needed, finding available tours;
