Righteous Logistics is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented After-Hours Operations Specialist to join our freight brokerage team.

You’ll be responsible for tracking and tracing active shipments, booking new shipments, coordinating with carriers and customers, and handling day-to-day after-hours operations.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and can make quick decisions when shipments don’t go according to plan.

Responsibilities:

Track and trace shipments and provide status updates
Book and dispatch new shipments with carriers
Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and freight partners
Handle after-hours shipment issues, delays, and recoveries
Update TMS and shipment records accurately
Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery

What we’re looking for:

Freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
