We’re Hiring – After Hours Operations Support
US Trucking Industry

Location: Belgrade
Shifts: 3 Shift Rotation

We are looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our growing company in the US trucking industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate well under pressure, and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring active loads and trucks during after hours
  • Communicating with drivers, brokers, and internal teams
  • Providing real-time updates and operational support
  • Handling unexpected situations and resolving issues quickly
  • Making sure operations run smoothly outside regular business hours
  • Updating load statuses and maintaining accurate information in the system

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Previous trucking/logistics experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with DAT, TMS systems, and basic trucking operations is preferred
