After Hours Support Agent
Loop Logistics - Freight brokerage company is hiring an After Hours Support Agent for our new office in Čačak. We are seeking motivated individuals, passionate about customer interaction, to support our daily operations.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in logistics industry in USA is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written
- Working hours 7AM to 3PM, 4 days per week, some weekend shifts

- Communicative and friendly
- Organized, able to multitask
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth and timely freight process flow meeting customer expectations
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry in company TMS
- Tracking active shipments and communicating directly with customers (email or phone)
- Handling all documentation during shipment cycle
- Coordinating with other departments
- Escalating problems to Management when necessary
