What You'll Do

Support drivers during after-hours operations
Monitor freight and update customers on delays
Manage inbound/outbound calls
Address telematics alerts and safety notifications
Enter notes and track orders in our TMS

What You Need

1–2 years in track and trace, night dispatch, customer service, or operations
General knowledge of HOS rules
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Fluent English
