After Sales Manager

In cooperation with our client from Bulgaria, China Motor Company, we are announcing an opening for the position of After Sales Manager for the Serbian market.

Dongfeng is one of the largest Chinese automotive groups and one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in Europe. The company is currently developing a network of more than eight showrooms and ten service centers across Serbia, while also operating in four countries within the Balkan region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement after-sales strategies, including service, warranty, and spare parts operations
• Maintain daily communication with the manufacturer in China
• Oversee spare parts logistics, stock management, and availability
• Monitor and manage service network performance and KPIs
• Improve customer satisfaction and after-sales processes
• Organize technical trainings for service teams
• Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for headquarters

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive after-sales operations
• Strong understanding of service and warranty procedures
• Experience working with international partners is considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven team management abilities
• Fluent English language skills
• Knowledge of the Bulgarian language is considered an advantage
• Valid Category B driving license
