Afterhours Fleet Manager
Location: Belgrade, Serbia - on site
Schedule: Rotating shifts (24/7 operation – all three shifts - 07-15; 15-23; 23-07h)
Experience: No experience required – Full training provided

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as an Afterhours Fleet Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the trucking industry. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, prevent, and resolve fleet malfunctions.
• Ensure fleet safety, cost-efficiency, and proper maintenance.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs.
• Assist drivers with roadside breakdowns and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with repair shops, vendors, and suppliers for repairs and replacement parts.
• Work closely with dispatch and management to resolve after-hours operational issues.
• Manage vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and towing services.
• Support drivers with accommodations, transportation, and other urgent needs during after-hours operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report maintenance, repair, and damage-related costs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on all fleet-related matters.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Previous experience in trucking, logistics, or fleet operations is a plus, but not required.
