Afterhours Specialist - night shift with experience

D&B Transport LLC is one of the leading transportation providers in Chicagoland with fleet of 200 trucks and 300 trailers.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Afterhours Specialist - night shifts at D&B Transport LLC in our Belgrade or Novi Sad office. Primary responsibilities will be providing shipment updates via emails and calls, problem-solving and communication.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools
• Minimum 1 (prefferably 2+) years of experience in after-hours (track&trace) field in truck transportation
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Spanish is a plus
