We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our fleet and operations, providing real-time support and technical assistance to our drivers via telephone and specialized software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load Monitoring: Actively monitor driver activities to ensure that loads are picked up and delivered on time.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or delays that occur during transportation.
• Driver & Broker Communication: Maintain daily, clear, and professional communication with drivers and brokers to ensure smooth operations and overall satisfaction.
• Shipment Management: Take immediate action when shipments are at risk of delay by communicating with dispatchers, brokers, and shipping/receiving locations.
• Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain transportation-related data in internal systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
• Experience: A trucking and logistics background is preferred but not required. Full professional training will be provided.
• Languages: Full fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
• Core Skills: Exceptional multitasking ability, strong problem-solving skills, and extreme attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multi-screen setups, mapping software, and specialized data platforms.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Financial Reward: Competitive base salary, tailored to your experience and qualifications. The starting salary for candidates without prior experience is 80,000 RSD.

• Transportation: Convenient employee transportation is available Monday through Friday for those working the 1st and 3rd shifts, with pick-up from Sava Center.
