What we will expect from you:

• Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities to improve internal and external communications
• Develop AI-powered tools for creating, adapting and proofreading communication content across different formats and channels
• Build AI solutions for media monitoring, including sentiment, trends, engagement and reputational risk analysis
• Develop AI-powered tools to assess content against Yettel’s tone of voice and communication guidelines
• Explore AI solutions for early identification of potential communication and reputational risks and support crisis response
• Test and implement AI solutions that automate and improve everyday communication processes

For a good start you will need:

• University or Master degree — or final year of university.
• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g. LLM-based assistants, AI agents, automation platforms) and genuine curiosity about where the technology is heading.
• An enablement mindset: you enjoy teaching, demonstrating, and helping others adopt new ways of working.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of working with data, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and explore new technologies and tools
• Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
