We are currently seeking a highly resourceful AI Automation & Lead Operations Specialist to join our team in support of our partner company, Motivated Sellers. Motivated Sellers operates a network of lead-generation websites that rank highly in search engines, attracting homeowners who are actively looking to sell their properties. The company also runs carefully targeted advertising campaigns on reputable real estate platforms and within search results to connect with motivated sellers at the right moment.
As an AI Automation & Lead Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in automating lead verification processes, enriching lead data, optimizing outreach workflows, and supporting ongoing lead-generation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage AI-driven lead verification and enrichment workflows
- Automate lead qualification through email, SMS, and AI voice agents
- Verify and enrich lead data using tools such as TrestleIQ and other data platforms
- Clean, organize, and maintain large lead databases
- Create and optimize outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Write effective outreach and follow-up content
- Identify and test new lead generation sources, including Facebook groups and online communities
- Manage CRM workflows and automations in GoHighLevel
- Set up and optimize outreach tools such as Instantly, Dripify, and similar platforms
- Build integrations and reporting systems to improve lead operations and performance
Qualifications:
- Experience with AI automation tools and workflow platforms
- Strong understanding of lead verification and lead management processes
- Ability to create automated outreach campaigns
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and large lead lists
- Experience with email and LinkedIn automation tools such as Instantly and Dripify
- Experience with lead enrichment tools such as TrestleIQ
- Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus)
- Real estate lead generation experience is a plus
- Facebook community outreach experience is a plus

- Full-time, remote work
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, start between 12pm and 3pm CET
