AI & IT Systems Lead

WHO WE ARE

The End of Line (TEOL) is a B2B distributor of packaging and palletizing materials and equipment, operating on the market since 2007. We operate in Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina with a team of 27 employees.

We run on SAP Business One, Salesforce, Magento 2, and Microsoft 365. We have decided that Claude (Anthropic) will be the AI platform on top of all of them and part of how every colleague works. We are looking for the person who will make that happen.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the proper operation and development of TEOL’s IT infrastructure and, above all, for implementing Claude across the organization. You will report directly to the General Manager.

Technical administration of SAP Business One, Microsoft 365, Magento 2, and Salesforce is handled by our external partners. You are the owner on our side. You understand how these systems work and how they connect, you decide what we need, and you make sure the partner delivers.

Your main job is to make AI work on top of them and to bring the whole team along.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the IT landscape (SAP Business One, Microsoft 365, Magento 2, Salesforce) on our side: set priorities, brief and manage the external partner, and check quality, deadlines, and costs.
• Lead the roll-out of Claude as our main AI platform: set-up, access, governance, rules for the safe use of company data, and phased adoption by the team.
• Connect AI with our platforms and data, so that sales, operations, finance, and marketing get real, daily value from it.
• Train and coach colleagues in Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, and help them build prompts, workflows, and templates for their own work.
• Collect needs from colleagues, turn them into clear requirements, and prioritize them with the General Manager.
• Measure adoption and results, and keep improving.
• Be the first point of contact for IT and AI questions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of experience in IT, business systems (ERP/CRM/e-commerce), or digital projects, with strong potential to grow quickly.
• Solid understanding of how business systems work (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, collaboration tools) and how they exchange data. Deep expertise in any one of them is not required.
• Real hands-on experience with generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and a clear view of how it can run on top of company systems.
• A natural ability to teach: you explain technology simply and patiently to non-technical colleagues, and you like helping others improve.
• Good organization and the ability to manage a third-party supplier.
• Fluent Serbian and English, written and spoken, are required.
• A degree in IT, engineering, economics, or equivalent practical experience.
