AI Video Editor (Remote, Full-Time)

Role

We are a fast-growing digital media company producing short-form video content for social media brands (Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content). We're looking for an AI Video Editor who works with modern AI video generation tools and turns concepts into polished, ready-to-post videos.

What You Will Do

• Generate short-form videos using AI video tools (Kling, Seedance, Runway or similar)
• Write and refine video generation prompts using ChatGPT/Claude
• Edit raw AI output into final videos in CapCut (captions, cuts, pacing)
• Recreate reference videos: analyze what makes them work and produce matching content
• Quality-check your own output for realism (faces, motion, consistency, audio sync)
• Communicate daily with our content team via Telegram

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with at least one AI video generation tool
• Solid prompting skills — you know how to use ChatGPT/Claude to build and refine prompts
• A sharp eye for what makes AI content look fake, and how to avoid it
• Minimum 6 hours per day availability
• Reliable computer and stable internet
• Good written English

Nice to Have

• CapCut or Premiere Pro editing experience
• Experience with Higgsfield, HeyGen or ElevenLabs
• Background in short-form content (Reels/TikTok)

Compensation & Details

• Up to $1,500/month for full-time, based on experience and skill level
• Fully remote, long-term position
• Paid test task as part of the hiring process
